Cask at the fat cat Norwich. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a a lasting loose white head. Aroma is pale bready grains, fennel, green hop, pine, grass.. Flavour is composed of tannin, grain husks, green hop, green liquorice pine. Bark. Palate is harsh dry grains, decent cask condition. Ok. Bit rough round the edges.

23/4/2021. Cask at the Fat Cat & Canary, Norwich. Pours clear golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is fruity, straw, grassy hops. Light sweetness and medium bitterness. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Dry finish.
