Our take on a traditional light mild, a balanced malt forward ale with a combination of Amber, Premium Caramalt and Dark Crystal malt. Subtle nutty, caramel and toasty flavours make this a good session ale.

13/7/2021. Cask at The Sheffield Tap. Pours slightly hazy dark golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma of wet grain, toasted malt, caramel, citrus, slight veggie nutty notes. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Didn’t particularly enjoy it.
