11/2/2022. Cask at the 12th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Pours very dark brown with a small bubbly beige head. Aroma of light roasted malt, caramel, brown sugar, coffee, dried fruit, slightly nutty. Medium sweetness, light roasted bitterness. Medium body, smooth, soft carbonation. Nicely done.
