Naše rženo vino, zvarjeno iz hubeljske vode, ječmenovega in rženega sladu, rženih kosmičev, eksperimentalnega hmelja HBC472 in kvasa, je časovna kapsula, ki je leto 2020 "prespala" v sodih tekile in čakala na svoj čas. Mi smo morda v preteklem letu dobili kako gubo ali siv las, Time 2019 pa je postal le še bogatejši za zanimivo prepletanje pikantnih not in namigov na chardonnay.

0.75l bottle, shared with Sima & David. Aroma of rye, honey, barrel and vanilla. Pours cloudy golden color with large but quickly diminishing white head. Taste starts sweet grainy, honeyish and woody, following is fruity, herbal and floral, mouthfeel is warm alcoholic, while finish is medium bitter. Bottled 750ml. -from E.Leclerc Ljubljana, shared with Hrabren. Unclear golden coloured, small off-white head, alcohol and light spices in the nose. Alcohol dominant, oak chips, touch of honey and sticky finish. Rather strong carbonation. Bit artificial.

0.75 l bottle thanks to Ogi who brought it from Slovenia, shared with him. Unclear golden, small off-white head. Aroma is honey, ripe fruit, malts, herbs and alcohol. Medium to full body, prickly carbonation, sweet honey, sticky, but still manages to finish dry and herbal. Hints of oak. Cheap wood feel.

24/11/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of MarkoNm. Pours clear amber copper with a small bubbly off-white head. Warming evolving aroma, with dried fruit, biscuit, rye bread, coconut husk, woody edge. Moderate sweetness and light bitterness. Medium body, soft carbonation. Warming subtle alcohol finish. Good stuff.

Bottle from the brewery. Clear golden, thin and nonlasting white head. Gentler nose, tequila with some sweet fruity notes and slight spices. Sweetness upfront, milder bitterness with tequila presence all over. Silky body, medium full with alcohol superbly hidden. Lovely.
