2/11/2021. Bottle from Hoppily, Leigh-on-Sea. Pours black with a beige head. Good looking beer. Aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate, toffee, touches of liquorice and black treacle. Moderate sweetness and medium roasted bitterness. Moderate body, just a little watery for 5%, with average carbonation. Yep, a traditional roasty stout. Enjoyable.
