Taster, Dark brown, almost black. Medium sized and quite lasting beige head. Mostly dry fruits in the nose, slight biscuits. Medium soury start, slightly fruity. A bit roasted, tart in the finish. Light body. Nice one.

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 10/07/21. Light black with a tan covering that soon thins. Nose is dusty berry fruits, light funk, tannins, wood must, dried red berries. Taste comprises stale brown bread, dusty berries, light funk, tangy berry skins, hint of roast about it. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light acidic twist. Ok sour ... lacks any real complexity mind.

Can at home picked up from the the taproom in Diss. A hazed dark brown coloured poour with frothy beige head that fades to a swirl. Aroma is tangy berries, blackberry, powdered chocolate. prickly sour, cranberries, mellow roast. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tangy, chocolate mixed berries, mellow prickly sour, lingering earthy roast black forest gateaux. Palate is semi sweet, oily, tart, highish carbonation. Decent. hits the concept well.
