Aroma: sweet fruity. Flavour: sweet with notes of berries and a slight dry bitter aftertaste. Colour: golden amber with an offwhite head.

Bottle. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy grainy aroma. light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. Oily palate. more like a German pils than vienna.

Bottle. Pours clear dark golden with medium white head. Aroma is pilsner-like with notes of grain, malt and grass. Taste is medium acidic, light bitter and light sweet. Body is watery with good carbonation. Finish is short with notes of pilsner. No notes of Christmas - hence the low rating.

Bottle @ Honme. Pours pale amber with a white head. Aroma of malt, grain, little sweet, light sour. Flavor is little sweet malt, caramel, little hay. Thin to medium body, lively carbonation. 071114

Bottle. Pours lightish amber with airy, small white head. Clear aroma of yeast, with hoppy and malty touches. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with notes of inferior malt and yeast and touches of caramel. Bitter and estery aftertaste. Just drinkable but very, very far away from the traditions of Belgium and Danish microbrewing. Just another mediocre German macro launched as something it is not. Shame.
