Developed one December afternoon under the baking African sun. A refreshing, delicate, and easy drinking beer. Hops imported all the way from Africa—Southern Passion, African Queen, and Southern Aroma—give this pale ale its unique South African profile.

28/4/2022. Can from the The Savannah, Liverpool St Station, enjoyed on a chilly night at Foxhall Heath, home of Ipswich Speedway, rather than in that baking African sun where this recipe is rumoured to have been developed apparently. Pours hazy pale orange with a small white head. Aroma is tropical, orange squash, grass, touch of pine. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Quite thin and watery. Average carbonation. Not bad but lacked any body to speak of and like Witches on the night it came up a bit short.
