16/12/2022. Cask at The Dove Street Inn, Ipswich. Pours clear pale golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma is citrus, bitter melon, grass. Very bitter tasting. Moderate body, slightly watery, soft carbonation. Too bitter to really enjoy this.
