16/11/2022. Can from NFX La Cave à Bière, Noumea. Pours cloudy murky dark mustard gold with a frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, strawberry, lactose, vanilla, subtle rhubarb. Medium sweetness with light bitterness and tartness. Moderate body, slightly oily, average to soft carbonation. Liked it but would have preferred more rhubarb.
