BIG coffee notes, plus lemon, chocolate and salt. Lots of citrus on the tongue. I also get lashings of caramel and biscuit in the mouth. Well balanced, refreshing. not a bad word to say about it.

15/10/2022. Draught at Rusty Waters Brewery (aka Philip Island Brewery), Philip Island. Pours black with a small bubbly beige head. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, hops, citrus, malt. Moderate sweetness and medium to heavy bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation. Roasted finish, a typically well done BIPA.
