6/10/2022. Bottle from Real Ale Shop, Wells. Pours clear deep amber with a small but lasting frothy off-white head. Aroma is malty, earthy, caramel, dried fruits, hint of chocolate and berry. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Medium body, oily, average carbonation. Rich flavoursome ESB. Well done.
