This is a limited edition barrel aged bretted version of our Baltic Porter. Aged for a year in a second fill whisky barrel with brettanomyces cultures added this is a dark beer made to the Baltic Porter style but using our Kölsch yeast.

25/3/2023. Bottle from Hopsters, Ipswich. Shared at SBGP1. Pours clear dark brown with a small frothy pale beige head. Good looking beer. Aroma is woody, citrusy, bretty, chocolate, orange. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and body. Creamy with soft carbonation. Enjoyable.
