Panda at home, thanks to Graham / Grumbo, 30/01/23. Black with a tan head that clears to bubbles at the edge of the vessel. Nose is mellow roast, cocoa powder, earthy fruits, toffee. Taste comprises chocolate biscuit, light spice, dried fruit rinds, mellow roast, toffee, hint of red berries. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Okay simple stout.

21/1/2023. Bottle shared at the first ITFC 2023 beer share. Bought at the Farmers Market, Trinity Park. Pours black with a small frothy beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, ash, chocolate, coffee. Moderate sweetness, roasted bitterness and body. Slightly oily, soft carbonation. Pretty solid traditional stout.
