27/12/2022. Bottle at the ITFC Christmas beer share. Bought direct from the brewery. Pours clear pale orange amber with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma of toffee, tropical fruits, dank hops, brown sugar, pine. Medium sweetness , bitterness and body. Creamy, average carbonation. Pretty decent.

330ml bottle [courtesy of Grumbo - cheers Graham!]. Opalescent, brass colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, white head. Condensed, resinous, bitter hoppy and pale malty aroma, notes of almond and light, jelly bear-like hints of mandarine and pineapple, very light overtones of cardboard, rubber, liquorice. Taste is sweet-ish, pale malty and condensed, bitter, resinous hoppy, minimally piney and fruity, some mandarine and pineapple with a jelly bear touch; well hidden alcohol. Oily texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, fine, soft carbonation. More condensed than intense, accordingly rather homogenous and relatively monotonous - not that thrilling as measured by abv.
