Brewed to showcase the wonderful Willamette hop, with a smidge of Bullion and Mount Hood for good measure. Instead of the usual "choicest hops" and "finest malt" stuff, we've left it to the beer to do the talking. Continues this year's (unintended) theme of giving beers names that are often mispronounced. Try "High-per-burr-lee"!

28/7/2023. Cask at the 33rd Ipswich Beer and Cider Festival. Pours clear bright golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma of straw, citrus, pineapple, orange, grass. Medium sweetness, moderate developing bitterness. Moderate body, a little watery, average to soft carbonation. Drying bitter finish. Decent it a little thin.
