A collaboration brew with Brewboard. We brewed an imperial ale with a massive flaked oat content. Sweet dark fruits and Rasins with an incredible thick smooth mouth feel followed by the delicious rum barrel.

28/7/2023. Keg at the 33rd Ipswich Beer and Cider Festival. Pours black with a small beige head. Aroma of chocolate, rum, toffee, rum truffle, wood, brown sugar. Medium sweetness, light to moderate roasted bitterness. Quite full bodied, creamy, soft carbonation. Really good, just shaded the brandy version by being a little less sweet.
