6/6/2023. Draught at Brewing Brothers Courtyard, Hastings. Pours hazy pale gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma of grapefruit, sea salt, lemon, orange, yeast, light peppery spice. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with a tart edge. Moderate body, average carbonation.

On tap at The Pond, pours a cloudy pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out perfumey, floral notes, lots of grapefruit zest and salt — very weird. Flavour is floral and seltzery, with salt, muted floral notes and a touch of grapefruit. This isn't well-calibrated. Poor grapefruit expression. Awkward and clumsy.
