On tap at the brewery pours out amber topped with a sand head. Nose is sweet caramel toffee pitfruit and some metallic notes. Taste is more of the sweet pitfruit caramel and a spice on the end.

18/5/2023. Flight pour at Zhang Men Brewery Taproom - Xinyi (Breeze). This appears very different to the only other BW on here so added as new. Pours clear amber bronze with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma of butterscotch, toffee, medicine, ripe fruits, caramac. Medium sweetness and bitterness. Quite full bodied, sticky, soft carbonation. Bitter finish, rich, pretty good, but a little unrefined.
