On tap at the brewery pours out hazy amber color topped with a sand head. Nose is nice pine citrus some dank hops and a little grain. Taste is more of the nice hop combo dank kick and a little grain.

18/5/2023. Flight pour at Zhang Men Brewery Taproom - Xinyi (Breeze). Pours dark orange amber with a small frothy white head. Aroma is orange, apricot, guava, malt, hops, husky fruits, pine, hint of banana. Moderate sweetness and medium plus bitterness. Medium body, oily, average carbonation. Nice bitter finish. Good.

Draft at Zhang Men, Yongkang, Taipei. Poured a slightly hazy medium to dark amber colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is malt, dank weedy hops. The flavour is over moderate bitter, with a smooth, weedy, dank, light resin, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Not bad. Nice and bitter with plenty of hop character, just as I like it.

On tap at Zhang Men, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma is full of butter, with bitter piney hops further back. Flavour is fairly bitter, with earthy, piney hops and diacetyl. It's not the most egregious infection, but it's definitely subpar. Needs work.

Poured from 330mL bottle (stamped 2016.06.22). Golden orange with off-white head, tiniest amount of sediment. Mild caramel malt, light herbal hopping with hints of grapefruit hops. Easy to drink, good balance, not huge flavour though.
