18/5/2023. Bottle bought at Kaohsiung Draft Beer tap house. Enjoyed back in downtown Taipei at Grand Hyatt in our room on 19th floor with views of Taipei 101 (through very dirty windows). Pours unclear orange amber with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma brings out the Sorachi Ace nicely, with lemony, earthy, citrus, herbal, spicy notes, a little caramel, slightly soapy edge. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness, with a slight tart and spicy edge, all nicely balanced. Medium body, average carbonation. Well done.
