Bottle from Hegedorns. Big chocolate nose, spice, licorice, lots of soy sauce umami. Huge malt flavor, chocolate and spice, fruit, soy, orange, grapes. Mellow and smooth. lovely stuff. Great balance of big flavors.

Dark chocolate with good head and lacing. Some vanilla, light roast malt. Black pour with good head and lacing. Texture lightly syrupy, thick. Dry roast bitter finish. Comes together pretty well. Thanks to Travlr for a taste of this at Churchkey.

Forget my numbers if you like impy stout. I don’t care for the style in general. Sais belgian style stout, should say strong beldgian ale, entra strong. From bottle. Black brown w/ moose head. Alky laced arom, some metal. Weird extra strong belgy impressions. Want to think baltic strong porter or baltic or foreign stout. Yes, quite a constant pressure punch in the gullet finish, wew-weee.
