Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5
2/2/2024. Cask at the 14th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Pours clear copper amber with a frothy off-white head. Good looking beer. Aroma is malty, oaty, fruity, citrus, caramel, biscuit, leafy hedgerow. Moderate sweetness, moderate to medium bitterness and body. Slightly oily, average carbonation. Enjoyable.
