30 After Sunset is a rich, velvety stout inspired by night flying, which officially begins at 30 minutes after sunset in the UK.

We’ve used local Norfolk pale malt, rolled oats, a blend of crystal malts and roasted barley… think rich, full-bodied, with notes of freshly ground coffee and dark chocolate, a robust bitterness and a long, fruity finish.

Crafted, labelled and canned by hand. Brewed in small batches.

22/1/2024. Can from Two Brews, Colchester. Pours clear mahogany brown with a frothy off-white head. Aroma is malty, toffee, orange, roasted, chocolate, camp coffee, hint of spice. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, touch tart. Medium body, quite smooth, average carbonation. Nicely done.

Dark black pout with a slightly tan head; settles nicely after pouring. Aromas of coffee, sour cherries, cocoa; tastes of sour cherries, dark cocoa, some bread/malt in the background. Very smooth - enjoyed it
