24-27/10/2023. From the wood at the 45th Norwich Beer Festival. Pours slightly hazy pale amber copper with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is malty, woody, caramel, twiggy, citrus, musty apple. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, touch of sour. Moderate body, light spritzy carbonation. Dry woody bitter finish. Quite liked this.
