Cask at the Kings Head, Norwich, 27/01/24. Clear golden with a just off white head that retains well. Nose is grass, herb, biscuit, caramel, orange peel. Taste comprises stewed fruits, biscuit, orange peel, grass. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, light drying close with a mellow bitter edge. Passable pale.

10/11/2023. Cask at the 11th Beccles Autumn Beer Festival. Pours clear dark golden / amber with a small bubbly just off-white head. Nice fresh, hoppy, fruity aroma with malty biscuit notes. Well balanced sweetness and bitterness. Enjoyable.
