Bottle 750ml. corked @ [ (PBF XI) by oh6gdx - Petalax ]. [ As Metropole Last Punch ].ABV: 10.5%. Clear dark brown color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, bread, oxidide, roasted, tart, dark malt, raisin, wood notes, vinegar notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, wood, dark bread - fruit, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. Bottled@PBF XI. Close to black colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is slightly sour, some cherries, mild wood as well as some liquorice with alcohol and mild toffee. Flavour is toffee, some sweet malts, liquorice, some alcohol as well as cherry stones and mild almond. A slight sour/tart edge to it all.

750ml bottle @PBF XI. Poured almost black with almost no head. Bbe 07/2013. Aroma has tartness, roasted malt. Flavor has sourness, cherries, wood, roasted malt. Intentional or not, it works.
