Taste comprises mellow roast, cocoa shavings, light spice, hint of booze, cherry skins, tangy fruit rinds, mellow marsala tones. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close Decent sipper but peaks with the nose for me falling away from this initial promise in the taste and finishing a little on the thin side.
