[ As Yorkshire Brewing Saison Quinze ].Unclear matt medium orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, wheat, light to moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, moderate yeasty, yeast, bready yeast - baking yeast - dough. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, orange, sweet fruit, yeast, spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150213] 5-2-6-3-11
