Keg at Shilling Glasgow, layover rakes off 712 (709/711), 05/10/24. Light black with a tan cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is big on tonka, chocolate biscuit, roast malts, toffee, light nutty tones. Taste comprises chocolate, roasted malts, tonka bean, charr, light spice, brown sugar melt. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced kiss of alcohol. Tidy tonka affair.

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5

Black beer, tan head. Smell, malty, a little of the Tonka, Flavour has loads of Tonka which suits me down to the ground. Toasty malt, a dash of fruit, a little sugar. Rich, sweet and a decent warmth to the finish. Lovely stuff.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance- mat black and opaque. Beige head. Nose - big tonla, cinnamon and pastry. Some coffee. Taste - tonka, dark chocolate and creamy cinnamon. Palate - medium bodied and creamy in texture. Overall - nice

Can at ash's. Pours deep brown, nose is chocolate, caramel, vanilla, tonka spice, taste is creamy, chocolate, liquorice, lots of spice.
