Panda at home, thanks to Graham, 14/11/24. Deep reddish amber topped with a beige cap that thins to the edge. Nose is dried fruit esters, herb, vinous, tangy fruits, dried red berry nip. Taste comprises fruit cake mix, damp oak, vinous, herb, stewed fruits, red berries, sugar dusting. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light tangy edge. Pleasant enough sipper for the style.
