Bright, lightly tart, and soft in texture. The oak-aged component brings quiet complexity; the fresh saison adds lift and freshness. Wai-iti contributes gentle citrus, stone fruit, and floral notes.
Fermented with a mixed culture. Aged in oak. Bottle conditioned.
Unfiltered. Naturally carbonated. Best served slightly chilled.

(Draught at Kernel Taproom Spa Road, London, 23 Nov 2024) Golden colour, slightly hazy, with frothy white head. Fruity, herbal nose with notes of hay, citrus, yeast and hints of funk. Fruity, slightly tart taste with citrus, grapefruit, sour grapes, hay, floral hops and a balanced citric/herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, dry. Fresh and herbal with a generous farmhouse character. Very nice.

opalescent pale yellow colour, minimal off-white lacing; aroma of green herbs, basil, lemon zesty-lemongrassy, and some grainy-bread crusty notes; taste has the same notes with lemony-dominance and some black peppery notes; great one! thanks for sharing, kapusil

Bottle from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of lemon, tangy yeast and aged hops. Flavour of lemon, green apple and grapefruit peel with a lovely tart finish. Thin to medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. A delicious, interesting beer that reminded me of Cantillon Gueuze.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours mostly clear yellow-gold with a small, creamy white head. Light sweet flavour with subtle citric tartness, oak, a little vanilla, low acidity, a pinch of salt. Lightly bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Lightly drying finish, nice salinity, lemon peel, subtle funk, drying pale wood. Sound.
