Bière brassée en hiver, ses arômes subtils de pain d’épices et son goût si particulier, lui donnent un parfum d’exception. Elle se marie parfaitement à l’ambiance hivernale.

opalescent chestnut colour, large, creamy beige-ish ecru head; aroma of cinnamon, nutmeg, some burnt sugary-caramel, bread crusty and biscuity notes; taste is the same with moderate plum jam and leather notes; not bad

Bottled 750ml. -Dark amber (almost brown) coloured, small pale beige head, pretty intensive spicy nose. Spicy Speculaas cookies taste which totally takes over all other characteristics. Hint of Alpine herbs in the finish. One-dimensional.
