Süffiger, weich getreidig-säuerlicher Beginn. Spritzig, neben ber Säure taucht eine leichte Süße auf, sehr wenig rauchig, erfrischend. Zum Ende geringfügig herb, eher trocken, leicht ansteigende Säure. 9/10/9/9/7/9

clear pale golden colour, moderate sized dense white head; aroma of lemony-citric acidy, smoked cheese, some smoked ham and wheaty notes; taste is dominated by citric acidy sourness with some smoked cheese, salty and smoked ham notes; good one
