Birra a bassa fermentazione. Lo stile di riferimento è quello delle “bock” (birre forti e scure di origine tedesca, che nelle versioni tradizionali sono giocate unicamente sui malti e sulla dolcezza della birra). Note dolci di miele, frutta sotto spirito, toffee, cioccolato e caffè, ha una generosa componente luppolata. Malti: Pils, Vienna, Caramel Aromatic, Carared e Carafa. Luppoli: Tettnanger, Saphir e Styrian Wolf. Servire a 8 - 10° C. Ingredienti: acqua, malto d’orzo, luppolo, lievito.

chestnut colour, medium sized dense beige head; aroma of roasted sunflower seeds, toasted rye bread, some cocoa, burnt sugary and minimal prune notes; taste is similar to the aroma; not bad at all
