Low fermentation beer. The style of reference is that of the "bock" (strong and dark German beers, which in the traditional versions are formed solely from malts and the sweetness of beer). Sweet notes of honey, fruit in spirit, toffee, chocolate and coffee, has a generous hoppy component. Malts: Pils, Vienna, Caramel Aromatic, Carared and Carafa. Luppoli: Tettnanger, Saphir and Styrian Wolf. Serve at 8 - 10° C. Ingredients: water, barley malt, hops, yeast.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours an elegant and beautiful red, towards brown, transparent, with fine whitish foam. Aroma is malty, lightly smoked. Body is average, with no carbonation. Taste is medium sweet. Just a hint of toasty bitterness. Final is average.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dall'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente rossiccio. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è non invasivo. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Al palato si fermano sentori di caramello, miele, frutta secca, pane tostato, resina, pino e agrumi.

chestnut colour, medium sized dense beige head; aroma of roasted sunflower seeds, toasted rye bread, some cocoa, burnt sugary and minimal prune notes; taste is similar to the aroma; not bad at all
