Bottle @Ulfborg Scooper. Clear amber, airy white head. Aroma has lots of berries, vinous notes. Flavour is tart, acetic. More sour berries, notes of wood. Creamy, fluffy mouthfeel. Bone dry, puckering - nice.

500 ml bottle. The beer is a fairly bright red color, maybe a little amber. Small off white head. The aroma is very floral. Big rose note, a little sickly sweet but interesting and not artificially off. Berries and wine barrel underneath that. Kinda simple and sweet. Taste has medium to strong sourness. Moderate oak. More berries and vinous flavor. Some rose. An unfortunate hit of diacetyl. Quite dry. Fairly light on the palate. Big pucker. It’s too acidic for my taste. The rose flavor is kinda odd but not bad. Interesting idea but not the best execution.

Bottle from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours a beautiful hazy rosé color against a bright light. Not much for head. Aroma is sour. It is berry. But blueberry? Not for me. Med body or so. Spritely carbonation. Flavor is sour berry (ok, maybe blueberry) with some floral (ok, rose), and a bit of hot (ok, might be pepper). Each quaff is very tasty; the sour/tart impact benefits from sensory fatigue to become quite mellow (for a sour). The fun part is that in the end each quaff gets that pedio (for me papery) flavor. There’s a lot of fun flavor aspects here.
