50 cl bottle.Amber color with medium head.Malt, caramel and fruity(stone fruits/citrus) aroma.Flavor is the same but with heavy herbal hops. Medium bitterness.Medium sourness. Long bitter finish. Weird.

50cl bottle. A clear orange brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of mild sweet caramelized malt, dried fruits. Taste of sweet dried fruits, caramel, melasse, low bitterness.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, chestnut colour with huge, fluffy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Nutty, dark malty aroma, a touch of milk chocolate and cocoa, Brazil nut, coconut peel, waxy hoppy overtones. Taste is dry, nutty, dark malty and slightly fruity hoppy, hints of red berries, metallic overtones, a touch of liquorice; watery texture, minimally overcarbonated.

Draught (Bieramt, Nuremberg) - Hazy brown with red tinges. Raisins, rye bread and caramel in the aroma. Malty and slightly nutty taste with raisins, chestnuts, berries and rye standing out. Quite rustic but enjoyable.

Bottle from Landbierparadies. Dark brown colour, beige foam. Sweet nose of caramel, dried fruit, bit bready. Rather sweet beer.

Tap Gasthof Zwanzger, Uelhfeld. Pours Ruby amber with a White head. Nose is caramel and Dark dried fruit - a whiff of berries. Dark sugars , Rye-bread and Roast. Medium bodied. Like the pils - Also Quite clean.

Bottle 500ml. @ [ (PBF XI) by oh6gdx - Petalax ]. [ As Zwanzger Dunkel ].Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, tart - sour malt, soured milk - lacto. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, caramel, sweet malt, lacto. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20160708] 4-3-4-3-7

50cl bottle @ PBF XI. Poured amber color with a thick white head. Aroma has some sourness, malts. Soury in flavor as well. Quite bad.

(bottle, bb 07/15) Clear, chestnut-brown colour with a short and tanned foamy head. Mildly toasted malty aroma with caramel, nutty and slightly ashy notes, as well as a subtle fruity touch. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly toasted malty base with present notes of caramel and a shy berry-fruity touch, indicating an early stage of infection; sweet and mildly toasty finish with notes of caramel and a again slightly sourish fruity notes. 23.VI.15
