From time to time, we love to brew stronger beers, even though the fine-dining scene isn't quite ready for pairing food with these yet (early adopters welcome!).

For this beer, we've done a few rounds of testing. The first one featured chipotle and chocolate, but since many of our tasters detected raspberry notes from the chipotle alone, we decided to add some raspberries to enhance that characteristic even more.

The beauty is that we've captured all the amazing smoky flavor from the chipotle without much of the burn, so even if you don't like spicy stuff, this is still in your alley.

The chocolate came from Vanhankaupungin Suklaatehdas, this time in powder form. Esa helped us calculate the right amount to convert from store-bought chocolate topping (which doesn't contain much actual chocolate), and even though we usually don't make such big changes from prototype to production, we really nailed it, thanks to Esa!
