Do Good Brew Ritzy Beer is a CRYO Citra dry-hopped saison we created for Sylvester Soisalo and his seafood restaurant Boulevard Bar & Seafood.
This was originally designed for their fish burger (think of McD's Filet-o-Fish multiplied by 10!) but this goes really nice with any seafood.
We'd also pair this with any elegant vegetariand dish as well.

Sweetish, fruity and slightly spicy with hints of floral notes and faint farmyardy yeastiness. Okay fruity saison

0,33l can from the brewery, shared with friends @ Veikkola. Pours hazy yellow with a medium head. Aroma is earthy spicy malts. Flavor is spicy earthy malts with some hops. Decent.
