[ As Röstånga raj-raj Hum Hum ].Unclear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, zest. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, zest, orange, citrus, fruity hops, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160401] 7-3-6-3-12

Bottled 33 cl at Malmö Öl & Whisky Festival 2016.Hazy honey color, white head. Rubbery phenolic scent. Estery, light spicy phenolic taste. Clove aftertaste. Very fizzy mouthfeel, low to medium low bitterness.Huge hizz when opened, that with the excessive CO2 and the phenolic character makes me think it is problematic, likely bacterial or wild yeast infection with refermentation in the bottle.
