To celebrate four years of beer, we created this double IPA that is an homage to some of our favorite hop profiles. We combine Galaxy, Simcoe, Enigma, and Citra to achieve notes of pineapple, tangerine, stone fruit and overripe melon. An earthy and balanced bitterness, gives way to a complex, yet dangerously drinkable final product.

Pours a rather murky, yellow-brown, with mid-sized head. Aroma has some tropical and citrus fruit, some grass, some green onion. Flavor is very tropically-fruity, with a soft, slightly sweet mouthfeel, building to a rather bitter finish, with lots of pine-hop bite. Really tasty and good.
