Cask (gravity) @ NWAF 2015, National Winter Ales Festival (2015), The Roundhouse, Pride Park, Derby, Derbyshire, England, DE24 8JE. [ As Big Rabbit Botanically IPA ].Clear medium orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spicy, oregana, lime, cardemom - cinnamon - herbs. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, sweet lime, spicy, cardemom, flowers - herbs. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol February 2015. Deep amber in colour, with a frothy, off-white, head. Cardamom and sweet, tangerine fruits, a warming edge, hint of honey and spicy finish. Fine.
