Bottle thanks to Nihtila. Appearance - amber brown with a decent lacy head. Nose - light red fruit and a touch of molasses. Taste - more of the same. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy yet crunchy texture and a fairly good finish. Overall - a solid ale. Probably falls into Bitter style.

Smell of hops, sugar, grass. Cloudy bronze colour, light brown head. Aroma of hops, grass, some citrus notes. Grain in finish. Mildly bitter, mildly sweet. Unchallenging, but decently balanced. Medium body, flat carbon. Could be more fresh. So far the best one from Brewcats.

A dark, reddish brown, a head is quite small and blond. Aroma has caramel maltyness, fruitness with tropical notes, wooden and piney bitterness. Taste has caramel, wood, some pine, medium bitterness. Medium bodied, low carbonation. Straightforward.

330ml bottle @ Malja, Kuopio. Pours reddish orange with a small bubbly head. Aroma of berries, caramely malts, some toffee, hops, pine and resin. Taste is smooth, malty and caramely with some berries, hints of hops, herbal notes, pine and resin. Finish is smooth, piney and malty with some berries and caramel. A bit unbalanced. --- Beer merged from original tick of Crimson IRA on 26 Mar 2016 at 21:09 - Score: 6

(Keg at William K. Kurvi, 20160302) The beer poured reddish brown and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had malts, caramel and grass. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were caramel, grass, fruitiness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste had caramel and bitterness. A brew that was easy to drink but unfortunately it lacked anything because of which I would remember this brew later on.
