On-tap in the taproom. Pours a pinkish-red, with big, white head that dissipates rapidly to nothing. Aroma is raspberry and lactic acid. Flavor is lightly sour raspberry, with some vanilla and moderate sweetness. This was a really nice sour beer.

Sampled from the tap at ABR 2019. Pours a cloudy amber peach with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a great raspberry note with a creamy sweet grain and a hint of vanilla and lactose backing. Flavor has a creamy lactose and sweet but tart raspberry growing.
