Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow, with minimal head. Aroma has a lot of grass and floral characteristics. Not much in the way of citrus or tropical fruit. Flavor also quite grassy, with an almost peppery element to it. Biscuit and cracker flavors are also present, with more than a little pine/spruce hop bitterness to the finish. Not a particularly distinguished beer.
