Last bottle from the Tasty Beverage store closing sale. I bought half a case & held on for a bit. Served my father in law this last year & he almost gagged. Duvel glass @home. Slightly obstructed, not quite hazed, oily medium gold pour. Herby, oak, lemon, big astringency, lightest of funk. Lemon, soft herbs, bitter apple, sour pineapple, old oak, key lime bittersweetness, iron, gentle brett. So great.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy light yellow with an orange hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy flora and light fruits with a touch of funk backing. Flavor has light fruits with funk and earthy flora underlying.

Draft at Ultimate Ales. Pours a clear dandelion gold with a finger of white foam that dissipates. Dandelion stem aromas with hay, Brett, lemon & lemongrass notes. Medium carbonation with a soft mouthfeel. A touch of creamy oak on the palate and more brett, hay and grassy flavors. Lingering funk on the finish with dandelion and hay. Another hit from FF and stoked to have periodic business trips to the area.

flat mildly sour celery and mint character. Boring because it’s too flat and came off as lifeless

Tap into a taster at MBCT showing well filtered straw and a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows light tart notes of malt and corn. The palate is light bodied and well carbonated. Very clean and floral throughout and mildly tart. Very easy drinking.

Tap @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration Tokyo, Yellow Session. Light yellow pour, whitish and with little foam. Light tart nose, elderflower and creamy mango. Taste has light tartness, god white wine character. Easygoing, maybe, but not very memorable.
