Draught at CBC Boston, 9/23/17.
Pale, straw-golden body shows good clarity, touch of haze and a small, but fairly well-retained, white head.
Cereal-like grains, peppery, herbal, lightly "bitter" vegetal notes and soft, lime-accented, funky Brett make for quite a lot of things packed in to this little table beer. Not too bready (or Bretty) with no alcohol, American hops, messy ester or other flaw.
Chewy, wheat and rye-heavy texture with engaging carbonation, high attenuation and flavorful Brett acids. Dandelion adds bitterness here, in place of hops, and it works well, if you like that sort of thing. Doesn't remind me of Pissenlit but that's probably a good thing. Lightly citrusy finish with honey-vanilla and cereal-like malt lingering. Nice and flavorful for its size with nothing aggressive/excessive going on.

From a bottle sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Boston, 23 September, 17. Murky golden, foamy head. Aroma is Bretty yeast, light citrus. Flavor is lemongrass, wheat backbone. Mild malt bill with a grassy finish. Lighter in body with a effervescent mouth feel. Pretty respectable overall.

Draught @ CBC 2016 [ Green Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Øksnehallen Vesterbro, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Fonta Flora Brutus ].Unclear - hazy matt medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, sweet malt, fruity malt, yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and bitter with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160514] 6-2-7-3-13

Draft. An unclear golden beer. The aroma has notes of lemons and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, straw, and hay.

CBC. Slightly hazy yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, yeast, orange peel, hop and spices. Flavour is malt, fruit, yeast, spices, little orange peel, medium sweet, hop, medium dry and a little bitter.

Tap@Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Copenhagen - gold yellow coloured pour with a white head. Aroma and taste is fruity and floral grassy hoppy, yeast, zesty citrus lemon notes, light palate, herbal and floral notes into the close.
