So a Chimera in Greek Mythology is a fire-breathing female monster with a lion's head (good beer), a goat's body (not Messi g.o.a.t), and a serpent's tail. Hoppy, dank, and pineapple. Thanks TQ!

Pours a hazy, banana-smoothie yellow, with minimal head. Aroma is juicy tropical fruit, with some citrus. Flavor largely follows. It's a sweet, mellow beer, with only a slight touch of hop bitterness at the finish. Soft mouthfeel.
