Our buddy Jack left his job at Forager Brewery to make the long journey across the parking lot to make his way in the world and open his very own spot: Jack’s Bottle Shop. We got together with our fam at Forager to make a shredder to wish him luck on his new venture. Our hand selected Strata, Mosaic, Citra Cryo & Samba up to the rafters on a Kushy protein heavy malt bill. Cheers Bud!

Romans are citrus, caramel, herbal, vegetables. Flavors are similar to nose leaning slightly sweet. Citrus comes out and great carbonation. Nice beer.

Pours a slightly hazy, pineapple-lemon, with smallish head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit. Flavor follows. It's pretty sweet, with a good amount of hop bitterness in the finish.

Can. Pours a cloudy orange gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has juicy citrus and mango with some guava and papaya supporting. Flavor has sweet citrus and mango with a bit of guava, sweet grains and papaya joining in the finish.
